Refund policy

Refunds, Returns and Warranty for Used Parts:

 

AMG Spares test all parts before dispatch.


Start-up warranty is provided on all used engines, gearboxes and differentials.


All other products may be returned only if found to be faulty within 10 business days of delivery to the customer.


In the event of a warranty or return, supporting evidence of installation dates by qualified tradesmen or workshops and first drive/start up and immediate issue being identified must be provided for consideration.


AMG reserve the right to refuse a return or warranty claim if the installation, history or treatment of provided parts is unclear.

In the event a warranty claim is accepted, AMG Spares will have it repaired (if possible) or have it returned back to us for a full refund.

We will not accept returns if: 

  • You have purchased the wrong part or no longer want the item.
  • You have purchased a part which is incompatible for your application.
  • The part has been damaged by incorrect handling or installation.
  • Returns on electrical items and products will not be accepted.
AMG Spares accept no responsibility for loss or damage by courier and shipping companies once the item has been collected from our warehouse unless the buyer has requested additional transit insurance.

If we are unable to provide a pre-purchased item to you, AMG Spares will refund you the full purchase price and any other costs charged by AMG Spares.

      Warranty on New Parts:

      Most new performance parts come with their own factory warranty for a limited period from the date of purchase. If the product comes with a warranty card, you must keep it with you at all times in order to make a claim if you need to. The duration of warranty depends on each product and brand.
      If the product proves to be faulty during the warranty period, we at AMG Spares will send it back to the original manufacturer may it be in Australia or elsewhere on your behalf and get it repaired (if possible) or have it replaced with new one on your behalf.
      The freight cost to and from the manufacturer will be paid by the customer.
      The product warranty only covers the product itself when it has been used in proper normal way, and does not cover the engine or other relating items damaged by the product.
      We are not responsible to any damage or incident on your vehicle BY MISUSAGE OF THE PRODUCT OR AT A RESULT OF AN ACCIDENT.
